Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlRice
  2. 1 LtrMilk
  3. 1 BowlMalai
  4. as per tastesugar
  5. as neededchopped dry fruits
  6. as neededkesar for taste

Cooking Instructions

    First of all soak rice for 40 minutes.

    Now boil milk I. A heavy pan, add rice, cooked on low flame.

  3. 3

    When rice will soft add malai and sugar to taste, mix well.

  4. 4

    Add chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder.

  5. 5

    Mix well.

  6. 6

    Switch off gas.

  7. 7

    Pour into a bowl garnish with almonds.
