First of all soak rice for 40 minutes.

Now boil milk I. A heavy pan, add rice, cooked on low flame.

When rice will soft add malai and sugar to taste, mix well.

Add chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder.

Mix well.

Switch off gas.

Pour into a bowl garnish with almonds.
