Grind the soaked moong dal then add all the ingredients except oil

Now heat a pan and put small amount of batter with a spoon on the pan

When you see the bubbles on the top side drizzle some oil and flip and cook till golden brown from both sides

Serve with mint chutney or tomato sauce
