First add whipped cream powder. in a big bowl then add water 60 ml mix well refigerate for 15-20 minutes.now take a hand blender,add sugar again beat with hand blender add in tutti fruitti, Choco chips mix well.Add in the chocolate moulds set in 8 hour.
