Prepare all the ingredients

In a saucepan heat oil, add chilli, onion, and garlic and let them cook well.

Add tomatoes and salt and let them cook.
- 4
Add pegion peas, and coconut milk and stri evenly. Add stock and cook for about 10 minutes or until you have a thick gravy sauce
- 5
Remove from the heat and serve with your favorite starch. Garnish where possible. Enjoy
