Ingredients

  • Omena
  • 2onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • Oil
  • Hot water
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the omena in hot water and drain.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and dry them till all the water is dry.

  3. 3

    Fry onions till brown add tomatoes then omena Fry and add salt to taste. When done add juice of one lemon and garnish with coriander.

  4. 4

    You can enjoy with some greens and ugali.
