Carry these minis to the picnic or for outdoor parties. Kids can just grab one & they are ready to go.Its tastes amazing on it's own or relish it with cuppa coffee.

In a big bowl take apf or plain flour. Add in dry yeast,mixed herbs,salt & sugar.Knead sticky dough using luke warm water & oil as required.Take the dough on the platform & knead at least for 10 mins or till you get soft texture.

Grease the bowl with oil. Keep the dough ball in it & cover it.Keep the bowl in warm place.After around 1 hour dough will rise up to the double the quantity.

Punch down the risen dough.Once a again knead just for 2 mins.Grease the baking tray.Sprinkle semolina over the tray.Take a small portion of dough & roll to form a small round.Dig wholes with finger.place the chopped tomatoes olives (optional) & basil into those wholes.Smear olive oil & Its ready to bake.Bake Focaccia in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15/20 mins or till it turns golden brown.Finally brush it with butter. It's ready.
