Ingredients

4 servings
  1. Italian pearl couscous 1 packet for 4 serving
  2. Tomato paste
  3. carrot,cabage and green beans negligible amounts and diced
  4. Fresh Tumeric,ginger and garlic paste
  5. Seasonings and curry
  6. Cooked or fry Meat and it broth
  7. Onions,Fresh Scotch bonnet or cayenne chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Per boiled the couscous.i used this,in an oil drop water with tea spoon of salt

    Drain and rinse with cold water when it's half done that is a bit hard.

  3. 3

    Stir fry first with ginger tumeric and garlic paste then the onions,tomato paste last vegetables.

  4. 4

    Add perboiled pearl couscous meat broth then meat or fish and allow to simmer in low to medium heat

  5. 5

    Will be done when soft, delicious and aromatic.
