Boil spinach with 1 glass of water by adding green chilli and ginger garlic paste cook till soft. After cool grind with 1 tbs bread crumbs powder in the mixy.

Now heat a pan add butter and oil saute onion till pinkish add puree of palak add chilli and garam masala saute for 2 minutes add paneer and saute well again for 2 minutes if gravy feels less add hot water or if boiled palak water is excess add it and give boil for a minute. Serve hot with chappatti and tandoori roti.

Serve hot and garnish with cheese grated cube. Enjoy this delicious palak paneer.
