Masala pav

Take one kadai, heat oil, now add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, crushed garlic cloves, after few seconds add chopped onions and cook them till they turn golden brown.

Now add tomato puree, also add all the spices mix them, cook them till they starts leaving the oil.

Now transfer the chopped capsicum to kadai, cook for few minutes then add mashed potatoes.

Now mix all the ingredients and if it's too thick, then we can add little bit of water. Cover it and Cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.Masala for pav is ready just sprinkle garam masala over it.

Now heat tawa, grease it with oil, cut pav into two halves and place it on the tava, apply ghee on both side and cook it till it turns golden from both sides.

Now place pieces of pav on the plate, pour prepared masala gravy over it and it is now ready to serve, relish delicious masala pav your family.
