Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 bowlchopped fresh methi leaves
  • 1, 1/2 bowl besan
  • 1 tbssuji
  • 1ts salt
  • 2Green chilli chopped
  • 1 tbscoriander chopped
  • Pinchturmeric
  • Pinchbaking soda
  • Water to make thick batter
  • Oil to fry

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add methi leaves, coriander, chill and all spices and besan.

  2. 2

    Add water. Make thick batter.

  3. 3

    Now put oil in vessel hot it.

  4. 4

    Now add 1 tbs oil in batter on baking soda mix well.

  5. 5

    Now make pakda in hot oil on medium flame.... Till golden brown.

  6. 6

    Methi ke pakode are ready.
