Ingredients

  1. 250 gdaal maash(soaked for 2 hours)
  2. as required oil
  3. 2 teaspoonred chilli flakes
  4. to tastesalt
  5. pinchhaldi
  6. 1medium onion chopped
  7. 1medium tomato chopped
  8. 1/2 teaspoonginger paste
  9. 1/2 teaspoongarlic paste
  10. 1/2 teaspoongarm masala pwdr
  11. green corriender n green chillies for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Sb se phle oil mai onion ko. blkl light sa fry kr lain, dhyan rakhay k onions ka clr dark na ho jaye.

    Jb onions soft ho jaye, tb is mai ginger garlic paste add kr k hlka sa fry karay, sath hi tomato add kr k cook karay.

    Jb tomato soft ho jaye, tb salt, red chilli flakes n haldi add kr k bhoon lain.

    Ab daal add kr k bht thira sa pani add karay, k pani daalne k baad bhi daal ka kch hissa oper se nzr ata rahay. daal completely cover nhi krni water k sath.

  5. 5

    Phr tez heat pe cover kr k cook karay. jb water dry ho jaye or oil nikal aye. to heat bht slow kr k dm pe rkh dain. garm masala pwdr bhi daal dain.

    Cover kr k 5 min tk dm pe rakhay. green corriender n green chillies daal k serve karay

  7. 7

    Mazedaar fry maash daal ready hai, garlic or red chilli ki chatni, salad or kachi lassi k sath serve karay..... enjoy
