Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 glinguine
  2. 150 gready cooked cocktail prawns
  3. Halfa courgette al Julienne
  4. 3-4pumpkin flowers
  5. Olive oil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Small chopped onion
  8. Fresh parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to instructions in salted water. Fry onion gently in oil for 2 mins. Add courgette and cook for another 3-4 mins. Meanwhile wash and chop flowers

    Add prawns to sauce

    Add chopped flowers and a ladle of pasta cooking water

    Drain pasta, add to sauce

    Mix well and serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top and parsley :)
