So what monsoon is playing hide & seek with us , but as it's monsoon, so Pakoda, Pakodi, Fritters...... Whatever the name is , they are in our dish.
Falsafa, mung dal pakodi are known to everybody. Today I made udad dal & mung dal bhajjis. To make it lighter in digestion I pressure cooked both the dals I stead of soaking in water.
Hope you all like this melt in mouth & different version of bhajjis.

Ingredients

25 minutes
4 persons
  1. 1 cupsplit black udad dal (pressure cooked)
  2. 1 cupsplit green mung dal(pressure cooked)
  3. 8garlic cloves
  4. 4green chillies
  5. 1/2" piece of ginger
  6. 2 tbspchopped onion
  7. 2 tbsprice flour
  8. 2 tbspsemolina
  9. 2 tbspcurd
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. as requiredOil for frying

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind both dals,garlic, green chillies, ginger altogether. Grind coarse.

  2. 2

    Now add rice flour, semolina,curd, onions and salt and mix well.

  3. 3

    Deep fry small bhajji from batter. Enjoy hot bhajjis.
