  2. 1/4 cupspelt flour
  3. 1 tsponion powder
  4. 1 tsporegano
  5. 1 tspsea salt
  6. 1 tspground sage
  7. 1 tbspfennel
  8. 1 tspdill
  9. Fresh basil
  10. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  11. 1 tspground cloves
  12. Remember season according to your taste

    Boil the teff like oatmeal
