Ingredients

  1. 1 glassrice (soaked and washed)
  2. 170 gm sugar
  3. 3-4 dropsyellow food colour
  4. 1Pinchcardamom powder
  5. 1 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker, add 2 glass water, add ghee, add rice colour and sugar, mix well.

  2. 2

    Cooked it for 2-3 whistle on medium flame.

  3. 3

    Sweet rice is ready, remove the steam and serve.
