Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cupsTiger nut
  • 250 mlsMilk
  • 1 cupSugar
  • Date 1/2 cup filled
  • Coconut 1medium size wash and cut into small chunks or grate
  • Small size white sweet potato peeled

Steps

  1. 1

    First pick up the stone and dirt from the tiger nut pour in water in side and then use mortar and pestle to pond gentle to remive dirty back then wash it thoroughly

  2. 2

    De seed the date and wash

  3. 3

    Transfer everything to blender minus sugar and milk.

  4. 4

    Blend or grind it to very smooth consistency. Then sieve lastly pour in milk and sugar and turn very well.

  5. 5

    Refrigerate and serve chill.
