Peel and wash your potatoes and boil for 15 minutes

Wash and cut the vegetables and onions, Peppers and set aside

Pour oil in a pan, fry onions, Pepper, add a little water, put crayfish and salt and allow to boil. Add vegetables and stir for 2minutes, then off the light. Serve with potatoes and enjoy.
