Ingredients

  1. 1satchet of parboiled macaroni
  2. 8squashed small pepper
  3. 2sliced onion
  4. 8 cubesseasonings
  5. 1 teaspoonfull of salt
  6. 1 cupoil
  7. 1yellow large pepper
  8. 1/2 teaspoongarlic
  9. Chopped liver
  10. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric

Steps

  1. 1

    In a hot pan, add oil, onion,pepper, garlic, chopped liver, mix and stir, fry till onion is a bit soft.

  2. 2

    Add parboiled macaroni, turmeric and sliced yellow large pepper, stir and close to cook for 5-8min
