  13. Ugu
  14. Salt n seasoning

    Boil ur goat meat,kpomo and stock fish den wash and debone ur dry fish and smoked fish u can add d dry fish to d goat meat if it’s still strong. Wen it’s properly cooked add a little water dat will serve for ur soup add palmoil,pounded pepper,okpeyi,crayfish

    In a different bowl mix ur egusi paste with an egg make it thick den add it to d stock boiling on heat cover ur pot and allow it to pop after about 3-5min open and stir wen d egusi is fully poped den add ur uziza leaves first den taste for salt and seasoning before adding d ugu leaves and soup is ready
