In a bowl mix all ingredients together and add water make soft dough.
Take the dough in to clean platform and knead it for 4-5 minutes when the dough should be smooth after that add the butter, knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes. - 2
When the dough it ready, place it in a bowl and cover with a cling wrap and keep aside for a hour or till dough is double in size. Roll all dough into the size of tin.

Put into greased butter bread (9*4”) tin or loaf pan and cover it with dry muslin cloth keep it aside for 1 hour after that brush milk and sprinkle sesame seeds

Preheat oven at 200c for 10 min and baked it for 15 to 20 min.

Cool slightly and demould the load from the tin and brush the loaf with the butter keep aside till completely cold. When it is completely cold, cut into slices according to your choice size.
