Firstly soak rice for half an hour.In cooker pressure heat in oil add onion saute it till light brown add chopped tomatoes green chillies mutter salt red chilli powder mix well add rice then add water & cover it give 3 whistles.Serve hot.

Aloo fry: Peel aloo cut them into round shape give cuts at center heat oil in a pan add aloo & fry it add salt,red chilli,turmeric powder,coriander powder mix well.Serve hot,enjoy
