  1. 2 cupsatta
  2. 2 cupssemolina
  3. 1onion
  4. 3green chillies
  5. 2 tbspwhite sugar
  6. 1/2 tbspjeera powder
  7. 1/2 tbspchilli powder
  8. As neededCoriander leaves
  9. To tastesalt
  10. As requiredwater
  11. As neededRefined oil

    Firstly, take a bowl with all the ingredients to it, then slowly add water to it for making a thick batter.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan with a refined oil, then gently take one scoop of batter and pour to it. Flipped from both the sides till it turns slightly golden. Serve it quickly with a cup of tea.
