Ingredients

  • 2 cupsButtermilk
  • 1 cupMaida
  • 1Onion
  • 4 inchesGinger
  • 3-4Green chillies
  • handfulCurry leaves and coriander leaves finely chopped
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 pinchesBaking soda
  • as requiredCooking oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop all the vegetables,sieve maida and add all the ingredients in buttermilk.mix well the batter.Keep it aside for 2 hours.

    Then take a kadhai pour some oil in it keep it on gas and fry the bajis from the batter.Serve with chutney or tomato sauce.
