Cut courage cheese in cubes

Cut onion in vines and separate layers

Mix onion,cottage cheese,1/2 spoon salt,oregano and 1 spoon oil in a bowl and leave it for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes arrange 1 cottage cheese,1 onion slice,1 cottage cheese,1 onion slice in a toothpick and arrange all cottage cheese and onion like this in toothpicks

Mix salt,schezwan sauce,red chilli powder,water in a bowl and make a thick batter

Dip prepared toothpicks in this batter and put in hot oil

Deep fry on medium flame and take out on a kitchen towel
