Ingredients

1small bowl Soya chunks
1/2Onion
As requiredCapsicum- red, yellow, green
5-6 clovesGarlic finely chopped
1 tspGinger finely chopped
1 packetChing's Manchuria masala powder-
3 tbspOil
2Green chillies (optional)

Steps

Soak soya chunks in water about 15 mins.Squeeze water and shallow fry and keep it aside.

In the same kadhai pour little oil add ginger,garlic and add all chopped veggies for about 2 mins.

Now add shallow fried soya chunks mix well and add Ching's Manchuria masala.
