Whole wheat beetroot waffles with frozen berries yoghurt

Take curd(yogurt) in a strainer the holes must be small and keep vessel under the strainer and let the water from the curds collect in it. Now close the strainer with a plate and let it set in the fridge for a hours. Now thick curds is ready. Add 2 tablespoons of honey and mix well.

To this add mixed berries mix well. Take a spoon and fill all the cavity of a silicon chocolate mould and freeze it for two hours. After two hours it’s ready to serve.

Take beetroot and sugar in a mixy jar and make a paste.

Now add wheat flour pinch of salt and baking powder and mix well.

Add oil vanilla essence beetroot pulp milk and mix well.

Grease a waffle silicon mould and pour in the batter and bake it at 200 degrees for 15 mins. Soft waffles are ready serve it with frozen berries yogurt.
