Fry the meat in oil. Add in the tomatoes until almost dry up,then add the pepper paste. Stir and add in a little stock with the seasoning and spices. Add carrots and cook for 2mins. Add in cabbage and spring onions. Cook for few minutes. Lastly add in the sliced onions and steam. It ready to be served
