Ingredients

  • 1 cupWheat flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 spoonBaking powder
  • 1/2 spoonBaking soda
  • 1/4 spoonSalt
  • 1 tablespoonCocoa powder
  • 3/4 cupMilk
  • 1/4 cupCurd
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 1 spoonVanilla essence
  • as requiredChoco chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl without forming lumps.

  2. 2

    In Kuzhipaniyaram pan pour this mix.

  3. 3

    Cover and cook for 8 minutes.
    Using toothpick check the cake has been done.

  4. 4

    Garnish with nuts / choco chips
