Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. 1 cup powdered sugar
  3. 1 spoonBaking powder
  4. 1/2 spoonBaking soda
  5. 1/4 spoonSalt
  6. 1 tablespoonCocoa powder
  7. 3/4 cupMilk
  8. 1/4 cupCurd
  9. 1/2 cupOil
  10. 1 spoonVanilla essence
  11. as requiredChoco chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl without forming lumps.

  2. 2

    In Kuzhipaniyaram pan pour this mix.

  3. 3

    Cover and cook for 8 minutes.
    Using toothpick check the cake has been done.

  4. 4

    Garnish with nuts / choco chips
