Ingredients

srrves 2 servin
  • 1/2 cupovercooked rice
  • 1 cupcurds
  • 2green chilles
  • 2 tbspgrapes
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped onions(optional)
  • 1 tbsppomegranate
  • 1 tspchanadal
  • 1 tspurad dal
  • 1 tspgrated ginger
  • 1 tspcorridor leaves finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsprai
  • leavesfew curry

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk the curds and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Take over cooked rice,how we give small children.

  3. 3

    In a bowl put soft rice,ginger,soft rice,curds,onions and salt.

  4. 4

    Mix well.

  5. 5

    It should have medium consistency.

  6. 6

    In a small saucepan,heat oil,put rai,when it crackles add both chanaand urad dal.

  7. 7

    When it turns golden,add curry leaves and green chilles,pour this tarka over curd rice.

  8. 8

    Garnish with corrinder leaves,grapes and pomegranate.

  9. 9

    Serve chilled
