Steps

Prepare a sticky crumbly mixture with the maida, adequate ghee, salt, sugar baking powder, Kalonji.

Then add water to make a dough

Let it sit for half an hour and make small balls with the dough.

Heat groundnut oil with a heaped tablespoon of ghee and fry small balls made from the dough.

Fry them on low flame till brown

Serve them only when they have cooled down completely.
