  1. 4 cupsbeans
  2. 5eggs
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Red bell pepper
  5. Fried Iced Fish
  6. Spices
  7. Palm oil
  8. Onions

  1. 1

    Wash beans and grind with onions,scotch bonnet and red bell pepper untill it's soft. Aside u have ur already boiled eggs. Add palm oil and spices to beans n mix, put a cup of water for it it not to be thick n it shouldn't be watery it should be on a normal average level.

    Wash tins of milk with palm oil, cut eggs into half each n put in the tin den put d beans mixture in it n place in a steamer for 30mins to cook.

  3. 3

    U already have ur fried iced fish, in a pan put palm oil, add grinded onions, scotch bonnet and red bell pepper with spices n stir fry for 5mins. Add fish into th sauce n stir.

    After 30mins wen Alale is done it will be served with the fish sauce.
