Add shredded chicken, chopped capsicum, coriander leaves, salt and pepper in boiled potatoes and mix well.

Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Set potato mixture on icecream stick, shape like an ice cream.

Dip potato sticks in beaten eggs then roll in breadcrumbs and fry in medium high flame till golden and serve with ketchup or mayonnaise.
