Indian style Maggi balls

Boil the Maggi, by adding 2 cups of water, don't overcook the Maggi, remove excess water.

In Maggi add onion, capsicum, coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, red chilli powder, Maggi masala, chaat masala, mix this very well.

In bowl add besan and water to make a thick slurry.

Make balls from Maggi mixture, deep in besan slurry, then coat with crushed Maggi.

Fry in hot oil, nice crispy and golden brown.

Serve it with tomato ketchup and enjoy your party by this tasty starter.
