First gather all the ingredients in a bowl for fried lentils balls.

Mix the mixture properly with a spoon in a fine smooth paste.

Make a soft round balls applying water in both the hands so that it soes not get stick,and finely coated with th white sesame seeds and keep ready for frying.

Heat half the veg oil in a karhai the oil is the medium of heat. Is not considered the moist and soft.while frying the balls has to be flip on the other side of the balls to get well browned.it must be ensure that the ball is cooked from inside.and strain the oil nicely with the hole laddle.so that the access oil may leave.and the oil must be properly used.

Put in an absorbent paper to get oil removed since it is fried so the pakoras or ball has to be served immediately. To get soft and moist.
