Love to prepare my meals at a low temperature of 100 degrees Celsius everyday using streaming and boiling methods. In nutrition, this primarily "streaming and boiling" approach is known as a "low AGEs (Advanced Glycation End Products) diet." This method is more effective at slowing down aging than stir-frying, deep-frying or grilling.
