Put the sliced onions, potatoes, tomatoes and mushrooms on a plate and steam on the induction cooker for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, open the glass lid, put a slice of cheddar cheese on the plate while it is hot, let it dissolve on its own, and the potato + cheddar cheese is done.

Take out another stainless steel pot, add tap water, then put it on the induction cooker to boil, put 80 grams of dried buckwheat noodles in boiling water and cook for 6 minutes, drain the soba noodles after 6 minutes, add filtered tap water to cool, then drain again.
