I used family waffle baker to get square shape for toast use in future

2 cupsflour
2 teaspoonbaking powder
2 tablespoonsugar
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspooncinnamon
2 cupsmilk
2eggs
2 tablespoonoil
1 teaspoonvanilla

Cooking Instructions

Stir all dry ingredients

Mix all wet ingredients
3

Mix all do not over mix it’s ok for few lumps using waffle machine it took 3 minutes for a batche it gave me 12 square of toast enjoy 😉

I added a lot of cinnamon and just a little bit of vanilla extract, that is why this recipe says a dash and a splash. Add both according to your own taste.Enjoy!

This is an adaptation of my pancake recipe (which I'd worked on for about 10 years) which I'd made after I got a waffle iron. I might like these even better, so definitely give it a try! Makes a great breakfast when you want something nice but don't want to spend too much time either.
