Ingredients: Ingredient of 1st method; 250 gm dry plum; 2 tbsp sugar; 2 tbsp lemon juice; 1 tsp red chilli powder; 1/2 tsp talhar mirch powder; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp cumin powder; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 tbsp (full)melon seed; 1 cup water; Ingredient of 2nd method; 80 gm dry plum removed seeds; 1/2 bunch cotiander leaves; 10,12 mint leaves; 2 garlic cloves; 4 green chilli; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp sugar; 1/2 cup Water

Ingredients

Ingredient of 1st method
250 gmdry plum
2 tbspsugar
2 tbsplemon juice
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tsptalhar mirch powder
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tspcumin powder
1/2 tspsalt
1 tbsp(full)melon seed
1 cupwater
Ingredient of 2nd method
80 gmdry plum removed seeds
1/2 bunchcotiander leaves
10,12mint leaves
2garlic cloves
4green chilli
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspsugar
1/2 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

30 t0 35 mins

Put the empty pan on stove, add plum,and add all ingredients of 1st method

Mix it,and add water,cover it, cook untill plum get tender,and thick.

Now add melon seed mix it,cover again,and cook for 2 mint.and dish out.

In second method,take blender,add all ingredients in it.

Add water blend very well.
