Ingredients

  1. 850 grampork belly
  2. 1 bottlePlum Sauce
  3. 4 inchesold ginger mashed
  4. 500 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Pound the ginger, put the pork belly and ginger on the baking tray, add bottle 250 gram of the Plum Sauce with 500ml of water mix well

    Bake it with foil cover for 200C for 2 hour, shaking the pan back and forth few time,

    Slice it up and enjoy with some slice pear
