A simple and delicious recipe that's great for kids. I found it online and have tried it multiple times. Today, I added cocoa for a special flavor.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place the sugar in a deep bowl, add the warm milk and vanilla, and mix until the sugar dissolves. Then add the oil.
- 2
Add the baking powder and a pinch of salt to the flour, then gradually add it to the mixture until you get a soft and smooth dough.
- 3
Take about a quarter of the dough and add the cocoa powder, mixing well to get a black dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes or more for better results.
- 4
Roll out the white dough with a rolling pin on a piece of plastic wrap lightly greased with oil to a thickness of 1/2 cm. Distribute pieces of the black dough randomly on top, then roll with the rolling pin to blend the colors. Cut into your desired shapes.
- 5
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased with oil. Poke small holes with a fork or wooden skewer. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (about 350°F) for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy! 🌺

After many trials, this is closest to the original.Stop immediately once the dough has formed. Do not over-knead, or it won't crack. It's fine if it's slightly powdery.Mix briskly without over thinking.During the hot season, let the dough cool in the fridge, then the scones will crack when baking. For about 6 cm × 6 biscuits.
