Umgqunsho is samp and beans. Now my samp is different not umgqunsho cause my recipe miss this beans but samp is cooked the same way. I love samp and always enjoy cooking it.

This is my mom recipe so I was like missing home

I learned this recipe from my late mother, she was a great cook her food always tasty and delicious. I'mein proud that I have learn from this great lady Thelma.

My phone was broke for few month and I`m happy that now its working. Yesterday I plan my menu of samp so the best way is to prepare it a day ahead cause to be soft and creamy needs time .

This recipe is my fav,always cook my samp like this.🙂You can make it 2 cups,and divide all the ingredients in half. ENJOY❤
