You can make it 2 cups,and divide all the ingredients in half. ENJOY❤

Ingredients

2 1/2hrs
  1. 4 cupssamp
  2. 12 cupswater
  3. 1/2 cupcremora/Ellis brown
  4. 100 gmargarine (yellow wooden spoon)
  5. 2 tbsparomat

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the samp overnight and rinse until water runs clear.

    Add the samp and water to a pot and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low for 1 1/2-2 hours until soft and cooked.

    Add a little water and the margarine and stir.

  4. 4

    Add the Cremora and stir.

  5. 5

    Add the Aromat and stir.

  6. 6

    Simmer for 15-30 minutes.

  7. 7

    If you not serving immediately, add a little milk or cream so it doesn't dry out when you warm it up.
