Ingredients

  1. 1Fish, scale, chevron
  2. 2 tbspsSoy sauce
  3. 1 tbsp oysters sauce
  4. Ginger, cut into 1 inch long strips
  5. Celery
  6. 1 garlic clove, sliced
  7. 1 shiitake, sliced
  8. 2 bird’s eye chilies
  9. Carrot
  10. Cabbage
  11. Shimeji mushrooms

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place the fish on the plate. Top with ginger, shiitake, garlic and celery. Pour soy sauce and oysters sauce on over. Arrange the cabbage, Shimeji mushrooms and carrot beside the fish. Put into the steamer, steam for 25 minutes or until cook. Ready to enjoy ☺️‼️
