Pork chops with apples and stuffing
#GoldenApron23 week 12. I call this a beginners recipe. The whole meal is ready at the same time. The only thing you might add is a vegetable.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spread the apples on the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

Brown the chops in a skillet and lay them over the apples.

Prepare stuffing mix per package directions.
- 5
Place dressing over pork chops.
- 6
Cover dish and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover check pork chop temp. Bake for another 5-10 minutes until chops are 145 degrees. Remove from oven, cover let rest 5-10 minutes.(The pork chops will continue to cook raising their temp another 5-10 degrees.
