Ingredients

6 cups
  1. 6extra large eggs
  2. 6 rashersbacon
  3. 1 tablespoonbutter
  4. to tastesalt and pepper
  5. spring onion to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pre heat an oven to 180 degrees celcius

  2. 2

    Base a muffin tray with the butter

  3. 3

    Line the muffin tray with the bacon

  4. 4

    Add the egg into the bacon

  5. 5

    Season with salt and pepper

  6. 6

    Add into oven for 40 minutes or until egg is cooked

  7. 7

    Remove and serve immediately after garnishing with spring onion
