Tried something like this at an Indian wedding once.This was my attempt to recreate it and it is very good and so easy!

I love anything curry but specially my curry beef ...this beef is full of flavor and can go over white rice or you can eat it in a roti wrap which is my favotite ! Enjoy

My 2 year olds favorite. A lot of veggies and wasn’t picky with the veggies this time! Minced and easy to eat for toddlers. Kind of like keema curry. Just less water (liquid). More solid sticky because potato starch makes it more sticky. You can use any veggie

In case it's not obvious from the fact that I've now posted two recipes for it, I love Indian-spiced beef curry. Something about the combination of warm spices, sweet coconut milk, and tender meat really gets my engine revving. This version is much quicker than the previous one (no marinating required). It also has a slightly deeper flavour, thanks to the addition of garam masala and cumin. Differences aside, I love them both and would happily eat either any day.

I thought keema curry was hard to make, but I was able to make this version easily using store-bought curry roux.The longer you simmer the curry, the more balanced the flavor will become. Take care not to let it burn by watching the heat and stirring it, and cook patiently to reduce the sauce. If you don't have canned tomatoes, use 3 fresh tomatoes instead. For 4 servings.
