Ingredients

  1. 250 mlmilk
  2. 2 cupsflour
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 1/2medium sized butternut
  5. f

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and boil your butternut in a cupfull of water.

    Add milk

  3. 3

    Mix them well

  4. 4

    Mash your butternut after cooking well. For my case I used a plastic tumbler to mash.

    Add a pinch of salt

  6. 6

    Add 2cups flour. I used Exe chapati

  7. 7

    Kneed.

    Add 2tbsp oil and continue kneeding

  9. 9

    Cover with a warm clothe and let it sit for 30-45mins

  10. 10

    Divide your chapos and roll them out

    On a pan in medim heat..cook them

  12. 12

    Final result

    Enjoy with a stew of your own choice
