Serve the crispy fingers with your favourite sauce or chutney😋

Take an eggplant, peel it's skin, cut into batonnet or finger size and wash them with cold water.

Mix all the dry ingredients except breadcrumbs. -Coat the fingers with the dry mixture.

Then coat with egg.(mix a pinch of salt with the egg)
-Finally coat with breadcrumbs.
-Refrigerate for 15-20mins.
-Deep fry.
