Prepare all ingredients: rice, milk, condensed milk, mixed nuts, strawberry, cardamom and honey.

Make sure all ingredients are fresh. Slice the strawberry.

Soak rice overnight. Pour milk and water to a pan, boil them. Add a cardamom. Stir until the rice is cooked, add sweetened condensed milk. Keep stirring. Turn off the stove. Wait until it's not too hot. Prepare the plate or bowl, add honey, serve rice kheer with mixed nuts and sliced fresh fruits. You can keep it in the chiller for a few hours before eating it or serve it warm.
