I tried to make poloa with healthy ingredients and it tasted amazing.

Wash and cut the chicken and tomato.Then blend spinach, coriander leaf, mint leaf, green chilli, garlic-ginger paste and lemon juice. Then add yogurt, chicken, tomato and salt with the mixture. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Boil the basmati rice. Add 6 tsp oil with the water. Boil until the rice is well done.

Heat 1 cup oil. Then add cardamom and bay leaf and onion,fry it for 4 min. Then add the marinated chicken. Cook the chicken until it’s full done.

After the chicken is done mix it with the rice and keep on stove on mid flame for 3 min. Add salt if needed.
